Hanaoka does not tolerate any form of retaliation against people who make good-faith reports.
We also expect the channel to be used responsibly, providing, whenever possible, information that helps with a proper investigation of the facts.
How do I file a report?
When submitting your report, try to include as much detail as you have available, such as what happened, when and where it occurred, people involved, and any possible evidence or witnesses. You don't need to have all the information to make a report — share what you know.
